Refund and Cancellation Policy

At JustRelax, we aim to provide the best possible experience for our clients. We understand that plans can change, so we have developed a Refund and Cancellation Policy to accommodate your needs while ensuring our business runs smoothly.

Timeline

The money will be refunded to the customer within 24 hours and the name of the bank from which the customer will get the refund is DCB.

Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges.
  • For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.
  • No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged the full service amount.

Refund Policy

1. Service Refunds:

  • If you are not satisfied with a service, please inform us immediately. We will do our best to address your concerns and find an appropriate solution, which may include a complimentary service or a partial refund.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service date.
